How Can I Lose 10 Pounds In A Week
Urgent need to lose weight for the wedding. I lost 13 pounds in the first week and 10 pounds in the second. This is no time to lose weight and not very healthy, I know. It was, however, the success of rapid weight loss is a good match for the journey of weight loss, and this motivated me to maintain weight loss, healthy and natural by the following methods. I’ll follow all the steps I shares of the second week, which helped me lose 10 pounds in 7 days.
Please note that losing weight very quickly is never healthy.
Here are the steps I have to lose after the first 7 days to 10 pounds in one week:
1) Firstly, I had to lose one days of detox – to clean and my weight faster. I am ready to mix a glass of lemon juice, ginger and honey with water and drank the beverage during the detox day. Always hungry, just drink. I felt good, I do not usually like cramps, not a lack of energy, nothing. It was not at all difficult, and I am sure that the results of my weight loss. I know that some people do the whole detox week, but not for me.
2) limiting the quantities of food as it really needs to lose weight fast. There were lots of vegetables, lean meat, fish, eggs, and some fruits (especially), apples and oranges. My new rule, the meal was as follows: half the plate should be vegetables (just try to avoid potatoes), ΒΌ of the plate – white meat or fish, and the rest can of fruit (bananas, because they are too sweet and starchy). I know that eating less is not always an option for weight loss long term. But it’s certainly an option for losing weight fast and that `s what was my goal. A simple way to reduce the amount of food is given a small plate. However, eating less has been very difficult, I agree. But I reached my goal and I’m so happy.
3) I have a 2 blocks from a box of black beans to my diet. I had the beans as my main meal, or divided into 2 small meals and vegetables on the side. This is something that does not say diet. And it works wonderfully, and 35 grams of fiber in weight loss diet really overload. This fiber cleans the digestive tract and improve digestion.
4) I started to take their lunch and eat at night. 7 PM was the last hour of the day, when I have my food. Breakfast boost my metabolism and helped me burn calories faster, but never thought it would be so important for weight loss. It took too much energy. I am at least 10 glasses of water during the day and do not – water cleans the body, increase metabolic rate, and does not leave you hungry.
5) I shared my usual consumption of calories during the day. I started eating 5 times a day with smaller meals. That way I never had to starve.
6) I have limited fats, sweets and not eating so healthy, and always feel I need to eat something healthy, I put the meal on the first part of the day. Since the higher metabolic in the morning or evening, and I want to eat a donut or ice cream once every few days.
Alcohol 7) Instead of juice, I had fresh fruit at any time. The juice is too sweet for weight loss, if you `re thirsty, a little water or green tea without sugar.

This plan may seem too easy to lose 10 pounds in a week – but you follow it religiously, and you’ll see actual results.
